Brindabella Blues and Bella Monaro GRIFFINS Girls and Women’s programs

Bella Monaro Griffins, in partnership with the Brindabella Blues and Monaro Panthers, has extended our successful MoU to support girls and women’s football in the southern Tuggeranong, Monaro and surrounding regions.

​

Under 5s to 11s - Brindabella and Monaro will continue to provide local miniroos teams , including Brindabella’s innovative girls-only miniroo program. Brindabella’s long running all-girls miniroo summer academy will kick off again at Calwell Playing Fields in front of the canteen. The academy is free of cost. 

​

Under 12s to 18s - Bella Monaro will again field teams for junior girls and senior women’s state league teams. Bella Monaro junior s are training at David Madew Oval in Jerrabomberra on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 8pm and Calwell on Thursdays from 6:30-8pm. It is open to all junior girls from Brindabella, Monaro and the surrounding regions.

State League - Bella Monaro women’s state league season has started with training on Thursday nights at Calwell Playing Fields on and is open to all women from Brindabella, Monaro and the surrounding regions.
